A 400-square-metre space in the Deptford district, on the south bank of the Thames, in south-east London. Here, everything you can taste in our shacks and restaurants is produced, made and cooked. That’s because every sauce and every topping, every ingredient, from the burger bun to the plain and stuffed fresh pasta, is made in-house by the large Dez Amore family.
